ya im going to try to call him again right now and see if we can work something out. If he wont make me a new one for any price, i think i can fix this one good enough to use them for a few years until i can get something different.

I absolutly love the design of the aarms couldnt be any happier, inch tubing top and bottom and heims top and bottom, but i cant run around with **** like that. Its putting a lot of stress on the shock and will prolly bend a shaft someday if i dont fix it.

I can see how one side is messed up. I didn't catch it at first. The clear pictures showed it. I couldn't see it at first, it looks like your frame is alittle bent. It threw me off. I think almost every 250r frame is somewhat bent. They should fix that a-arm, regardless.

Ya, in the first pic you can see where the tubes are welded off center, like one is moved in about 1/4 inch or so from the other, making the whole arm crooked when mounted. That sucks dude. Did you buy them new? If so they should send you at least the arm you need at no charge, that's on the manufacturer, you shouldn't have to eat the cost of their errors.

If that arm was made in a fixture it wouldn't matter whether that tube was in exactly the same position (geometry, speaking) because the pivot joints and the ball joint socket would be stationary solid on the jig and however the 2 points meet are more or less irrelevant. Now, that being said, with it further to the inside like that, its not as supported as well on the outside like that and the leverage on that tube isn't supported as well as it is on the other side.

That should have been a 5 minute deal to make sure it was equal with the other side tube though.
