Copy and paste this one; tell me what you think. The guy claims it's an adjustable lonestar axle, but I've never seen a tapered aftermarket axle. (Not to say there aren't any of course)

I really only need the rear sprocket hub, as I already have a usable straight axle and wheel hubs. I'd ideally like to score an axle/hub like this- is it worth the money it's going for?

I've asked the guy how the splines are...if they're loose or not, and where the adjustability comes from, but he hasn't responded yet.

It looks a little weathered. Be careful of the hub where the
seal rides. Over time these form a groove from the rubber seal.
Good luck.

That's why I junked my stock axle and bought a new Lonestar. New seals will be shredded in no time with a "plowed" surface to bear against. Then the crap will just flow into the bearing carrier. That would be something to look very closely at when buying used.

Make sure to grease the heck out of new seals and splines!

I bought that Lonestar axle you guys threw up the link to; thanks for the help! I think it'll be better all around since it's a +1/+3, especially when I do a good set of a-arms up front.
