CR500 carb Jetting Questions

I am in the process of jetting my Keihin 38mm carb for my CR500 TRX conversion. I know the stock main jet is a 170 and the slow jet is 55, do you think this will be OK on my motor? It is basically stock, with just a pipe and K&N filter. I live on So cal, and ride the dunes.....

way too small of carb IMO....

I run a 42.5 on my zilla motors...

yeah....I was afraid of that. I was told that a 41 would be good for this motor......just need the funds right now for the big carb. I am just a bit over budget on this bike.......
