what is a average size mx track for 4wheelers

i have the land to build a track but i dont ride the mx so i dont know what the size of one is . i dont need it big now i can make it bigger later but i need to know how big to make it so i can mark off the land for it now .

i also i plan on build a drag strip but thats easy .

my buddy and i made a track thats prolly bout an acre or so in size. we included tables, doubles, whoops, and flat track in it. we get around it pretty quick and could use more space.

its so much work dude i carved mine basically out of the middle of the woods u can lay a nice base with a bobcat but after that it takes good friends and a lot of work to get everything rideable. usually fix everything before we ride it

i know it takes some time but my bro just started to race and we both have friends that ride mx and friends that have big tractors i can use all i have to do is to find out what a normal mx track is so i can mark off the land im trying to make this a busniess i have 44.85 acres to play with but have to have a house a shop and a drag strip on it and in a few years im getting 29 acres attached to the 44 acres for a mud pit cause they say it soft ground on the other side of the canal

if u have that much land u can make a kickass track.....especially if u have access to heavy equipment. we found that dozers and skid steers wrk the best since thats wut i run for a living.

i would say around 2 miles long is a pretty good distance for a nice mx track. have a variaty of things on it so your always working and get a good ride in. where do you live?

but how many acres does it take to make a 2 mile track like i stated i will be living on property and have to have my shop built on it also and have a drag strip

my property is 2300 ft deep and 1074 ft wide that 44.85 acres and will get the 29 acres after i build my girlfriend her house

in the future i may get the rest of the property so a total of 80 acres

i live in louisiana it will be 5 min off of I-10
