250r motor in 400ex frame

I want to put a cr250r motor in my 400ex frame. Does anyone know of anyway to modify the kickstarter to make it forward kick, or any other way you could make it work?

put the rear fender seat on a hinge with latch in front(fabrication) or cut the fender so kickstart clears. these are two of the methods I have seen used
