Over the years I have broke my wrists 3 times from running into people and getting my wheels hit. I have weak wrists and a couple weeks ago i got hit and it jarred my bars and my wrists and i sprained my wrist pretty bad. My question is do you guys think putting on a steering dampner on a tt bike would be worth it and would help my wrist, if it is just a couple pounds why should i not?

I run one on my bike. Some TT tracks can get rough. Our ice tracks are really rutted out from the bikes so its nice for those too.

And Flexx bars and Boysen Shockout grips. That will help your wrists alot.

i have a set, they may be a little heavier but not much.
i have a precision stabilizer, its simpily amazing. makes you realize why the pros are so fast.
i would say a good puck style stabilizer would do it.
