05 450R Bogging........

My buddy took his 05 out riding a few weeks ago and had a little crash. He screwed up his shifter, and that seemed to be it. But after fixing it, it now bogs and won't run right. He took the carb off and cleaned everything out, gas is good............don't know what else could be up with it.

any cracks in the airbox...thats if hes running a lid?

also make sure his hot start is not cross thread or it will cause an air leak.
