leak jet and the bog

for the guys that say the leak jet gets rid of the bog, it does not. my dad and i put a 50 pilot and 1 size smaller on the leak and the bog is just as bad if not worse.

i think on the yamahas. you have to go more than one size, and go bigger

i didnt have to touch the leak jet. all i did was zip tie the acceletor linkage

Yep you need to go more then 1 size smaller. It does make a big difference. Also GT Thunder makes an awesome jet kit for these that includes: Pilot Jet, Needle, Main Jet, and a Leak Jet.

Look at wire tieing the APL and cutting the throttle spring as well.

I did the zip tie trick, notice some difference but not enough to fix the bog problem. Going to pick up a 35 leak jet and order a quick shot 2 tomorrow...
