I put the motor at TDC, kick it runs great for about 25-30 seconds. Then shuts off. Any body know whats wrong?

Fuel? Make sure there isn't a clogged jet or dirt and that in your bowl. Is there fuel in the fuel tank? Is there a pinched line somewhere?

Air? Is your air filter clean? Can your engine breath OK?

Is it warmed up? Sometimes engines have "hick-ups" that (if not revved at the time) will shut the engine off and you will have to restart it. Once it is warmed, it should do that any more. I do not, however, know the cause of these, "hick-ups."

My suggestion is to go over to ThumperTalk and check out there forum. It is JUST for bikes, therefore you may get more anwers faster.
