stumped, how to remove shift needle bearing?

I managed to get all the bearings out of the case halves except for the needle bearing that's the shift drum sits in. I heated the case halves up in the oven for quite a while (almost 2 hours) at over 300 and it still didn't budge. All the rest fell out.

Any tips on how to get this one out?

I'm also having trouble with the bearing and seal that's right next to where the clutch cable attaches to the lever.
