how do you post a pic?

when I hit the "IMG" button a script prompt comes up... what do I do, insert the location of the pic on my harddrive?

If you use the IMG button it needs to be hosted on the web...

But you can attach a file.....look lower on the the posting page...Browse through your computer to find the pic.
