I am finally getting into the repairs I need to make to my 250x...The rear wheels locked up a couple weeks ago. I am taking out the bearing carrier, as I suspect all my problems are there.

Do I need to replace the C-Clip that is on the axle? Or should I be careful when removing it and try and re-use it?

I destroyed the cotter pins when removing the rear wheels, where do I get the correct cotter pins?

Do you guys torque everything back up with a torque wrench?

Are there any other pins or clips or anything that should be replaced at this time while I have the bearing carrier out?

you c-clip should be fine but It only like a dollar from honda also you can get the cotter pins from honda or bikebandit.com when you change the carrier be sure to buy all the seals and o-rings too. just get the CLYMER'S repair manual for the torque specs and step by step disassembly and reassembly.
