my motors just about done from crank overhaul.....putting all fresh fluids OBV any1 kno off hand oil fill cpacity and most recommended oil? know that its fresh rebuild i care about quality.... transmision fluid capacity and best oil? most popular coolant and capacity? thanksss

coolant.... just under 1/2 gallon. i use engine ice and am very happy with it
oil... just under a quart(initial fill not sure might wanna get 2 quarts). i use amsoil 20w-50 motorcycle oil have had good luck with it.
transmission.... just under a quart same as above tho. i use bel-ray 85w-90 i think it is gear lube. can tell a difference in the smoothness of shifting.
