jetting help!!! custom baffler on Sparks

ok, i have to quiet my bike to i can ride in my back yard at my new house. so i ordered a Extra Quiet Tip for my Sparks exhaust. well it was a joke. so i built my own, its a pretty restrictive tip in my opinion. so i also want to put my air box lid back on. i'm running a 175(i think) main jet right now. with this baffle and air box lid on, what do ya'll think i should bump down to.

do not make fun of my tip. it went threw about 3 stages of failure before it got right, so its ugly! lol

ALSO: i just got done ridding with it with the air box lid off. and my pipe was BIOLING HOT!! is this becasue of the jetting. i dont want to take the change of messing something up.

you got any vids of it runnin?how does it sound compared to the sparks witout it?

id say run a 170 in it.if its just the pipe on it.but wat other mods are done?

right now it has full system, airbox lid removed, uni filter, and HRC cam.
