What tires are you racers using?

Most of you know I have an 09 ds450 x MX. My stock tires are losing their edge and I was wondeing what tires you racers are using? I was looking at the RAZR mx's for the rear and the RAZR Cross's for the fronts. Any suggestions?

I love holeshots and think they are the best all around tire out back.

I think razr cross fronts and razr mx rears are a good choice. I run razrs all around and couldn't be happier. Theres a reason everyone runs this setup, it works.



Holeshots are great if you have money to burn.

I used to think the same thing.
I started running Hoosier rear, the soft compound. I can't believe how much they have improved my starts. I think it is worth a set of tires for anyone to try these. I have always ran holeshots. I just tried the hoosiers for the contigency they paid in +30. They have impressed me. Wear pretty good for as soft as they are. I have 26 motos on them and just reversed them so the square edge would bite again. They are still working great.
