We have a CVT Outerwear made for our mini quads.

This will allow you to keep your cvt cover temperatures down to help prevent fatigue of your springs and reduce the melt down of those expensive belts.

You should be able to make your cover look like swiss cheese and keep your pilot on the track instead of being pushed off due to a melted belt.

Pricing should be available shortly with some supply at or before Loretta's

This is an exciting product for us to offer!!

Sorry about the pic quality....I'll post some better ones soon

So this takes the place of having the filters in?

That is the idea...to allow more air in to keep the components cool.

With so much power and rpms now the standard at the MX tracks the reliability issue has become a problem.

We are hoping that this is an easy fix and keeps belt usage to a minimum.

It is held in place with velcro..

We did some testing this weekend with the prototype

WORKS GREAT!!!!!!

We have a couple small changes to make, but even without them the product performed better than expected!!!

I was able to really open up the rear clutch area to let it breathe

Good idea Gary!

Check out this clutch cover I found! Wonder if Gary's cover will work on this?

Reduced weight and tons of area for the air to flow around the clutches to keep them cool

That is probably a "long" minarelli cover....that's what they make all the cool stuff for.

Our "short" design nevers gets the goodies.

Why don't you make one. ;)

That is really cool, but I can see it is the longer style. Someone like DS Modz really should make that.

LOL yeah I made one befor out of a solid piece of billet never again took 6 hours of maching! Maybe casting it would be better?

Yeah this is the long version but I came across another one similar to this I think it was made by "Doppler" that was for our engines. Have to find it again.

Wonder if I can take a stocker and just modify it?
