I've got a 2005 LTZ400, it's got a DG pipe on it with stock header. That's the only thing the original owner did to it. I'm wanting to get a 13t front sprocket and was wondering if I need to rejet the carb for the pipe? Also what jet would I need?

If the airbox is still stock and not modified or the lid isnt removed,then no, you dont have to rejet. Which also defeats the purpose of the aftermarket pipe.

So should I rejet and remove the airbox lid then? I want to wake it up a bit down low?

with lid off and open exhaust ,142.5- 145 MJ

to really get more power ditch the stock box to carb boot for a trx400ex boot , a little modding to the box is nessery but it should get you a good 2 HP:)
