Been great here in AZ. Rain on and off (a real treat for us!) the past month or so.

Makes for some great desert "rain" rides!

i think the Northeast is tealing all your snow. We have about 2 ft on the ground and a total of around 40 inches. normally we get 25 to 30 inches thw whole year!! Thsi weekend's high is around 10-15 degrees! I love the snow and cant wait for more (i love skiing) More power to el nino!

i'm about central north our's is pretty much melted at the moment since it's been 40 the past two days but you can't tell me that you haven't had more than enough the past 3 weeks but don't worry there's more on the way next and from what i'm hearing it's not supposed to be above freezing so it's should be nice, go figure i sold my sled last year cause we didn't get any snow the last few years and then we get a crap load this year

just on the radio 2" tonight 2" tomorow and then another 2" tomorow night

its a little colder today but the past few days of +50 degree weather caused the ice on the lakes to get bad and a bunch of ice houses fell through today, about 6 of them and the DNR wont let anyone to go out and get there.. after this weekend of below 0 temps the ice will be hard as a rock again

I just got back from going out to a few lakes to see just how many ice houses went through the ice.. on lake about 6 of them went to the bottom and about 4 or 5 more were half ways through, and on another lake, a bigger lake about 40 houses sank to the bottom and they closed all of the public access so no one can even get out there to get it off
here is a link with a picture of the and some videos of the ice houses falling through- http://kare11.com/news/news-article.asp?NEWS_ID=40537

wow, they must of not had much ice to begin with. out on the lakes we fish on there was 10inches and they were driving out there last weekend and the weekend b4. it sure is wierd to see puddles and water on top of the ice in jan.

there was about 7-10 inches but it was really windy today and the wind helped weaken the ice but i guess about 6 inches of it melted in just one day

man do I love my Z, starts first try, every single time. On a fishier note, I would be super p'od if I couldn't get my fishing hut off the ice before it fell through. Luckily, around these here parts (Seattle) big lakes never really freeze, not enough for any ice fishing or ice racing anyhow.
