Stock carb---42 or 45 pilot and 175 main, clip on 4th notch from top on needle.

450R Carb--48 pilot and 185-190 main, clip on 4th notch from top on needle.

no sorry it was a 42 pilot it works fine even in the dead of winter it starts up quick. and i have a 155 main thats with the stock carb i say junk that or sell it get a 450 carb you can mess with the stock all day but you will never get the power that a 450 will throw at you. i mean you went with the big bore for a reason might as well get all the potential out of her.

best bet is to find it on here someone parting out a 04/05 450r alot cheaper (if on budget) than ebay. i find they do good deals around here even though its used. but hey everything becomes used at some point i just think of it as being broken in for me!
