gregjy how do you have them hooked up? do you still have the factory light switch on the handlebars?

You can actualy rebuild the kick starter. Remove the phillips screw and replace the spring.

Go to FMF's website they give you where to start on jetting, go to where ever and get some small lights and mount them, just have to be 12v, mine are similar to the picture on here also, and I just spliced into the factory harness where it used to plug in. Driving lights seem to get busted though, mine get's used like a dozer in the woods sometimes though............I'm lazy, just try to mount them where they are somewhat protected.
