ESR Pipe Installation

Maybe this is a dumb question, but I am stuck here. I bought a TRX6 used on here awhile back, I'm finally getting around to the semi-rebuild. Anyway, I am having a really hard time getting the pipe to line up. Has anyone else had this problem?

My entire bike is stock so I don't think anything on the frame is bent.

Any insight you got would be great. Thanks!

I am on my third ESR pipe, and I have more problems with these pipes than any other. Even after I finally get it on and mounted, it doesnt fit the exhaust flange just right. I talked with Tom at esr, he thought my frame was tweaked, bent, or whatever. I tried telling him that it was not, but it seems as if it is always something else that is wrong, and not their product.

Well, I have an ESR pipe that I installed on my Arens frame, and it was a little tight. I will say that I had to kinda "tweak" a few things, but it was well worth it. Luckily I had a billet piece that I could kinda move around on the frame.
