on the left side of the motor their's a black cover around all of the electrical wires, going into the motor. the end of the cover came off and there is now oil coming out where the hole is. i can see the groovs where its supposed to be in the motor, but its hard as he** to push it in there. has anyone else ever had this problem. also is the clutch oil drain plug on the back right side of the motor? (sitting on it) thanx, i'm new to the 450

That is the tranny drain bolt on the rear right side of the motor behind the peg. You might have to take the side ocver off to reinstall the wire seal boot. I useally put a little black RTV on it when reinstalling the cover as well as a new cover gasket. Easy to do and the gasket is pretty cheap.

thanks for your help. also i have a full exhast, an there is a little gap between the header an the pipe connection. it's not a tight fit an i can feel exhaust coming out when it's running. is there any easy fixes to do?
