This is my 505sx up for grabs. This bike is in super nice condition. Maybe 20hrs on it. Need a 450 so Im selling this bike. Very very powerful with all the right mods. Dyno tuned to 54whp 38fltbs. with 41mm carb and 55.5whp with 42.5mm carb. My buddies 450sx made 50whp 35ftlbs with fmf pipe and jetted for comparison. This thing runs hard with huge power across the board. Need to get $9500 for it with all below parts and stock parts. Can be had with either carb setup.

Mods include
Rocket Ron Wp modded triple rate shocks front and dual rear. these are sickness valved for 190lb rider and long travel mod.
Motorworks full system (not even available to public)
41mm or 42.5mmcarb modded by fastrachero to elimate all issues
ktm bumper
ktm frame guards
ktm key relocator
ktm start button
ktm clutch and brake cover
ktm bling on motor
ktm orange 37t sprocket
Fourwerx carbon hood
Fourwerx carbon heatshield
black ktm nerfs
ohlins dampner
razr cross fronts and quadcross rears. KILLER COMBO
modded air box/filter cage and extra filter
upgraded carrier bearings
uprgaded rear brake bracket
quadtech mx low cover and foam/ also have stock
dwt new mud plugs.
black shock guards
and Im sure there is things Im missing.

all you have to do is switch the cylinder and piston to make it a 450...everything else stock is the same

no it isnt the bore is the only difference not the stroke

would you really even need to switch the piston cant you just resleeve it

how do you expect to fit that 505 piston in the sleeved down 450 bore ?;)

Wrong. The crank and rod are beefier. You cant just switch thats all there is to it.
