400ex carb

I have a 400ex carb on my 300ex and i was wonering if i can install a jet kit on it thanks for any info

the high performance needle from a jet kit, would PROBLY work, but i think that all the jets would be the wrong size and be too big, but i dont really know

Hey Nate,
I would like to put one of those carbs on my 300/330ex. Did you have to change the carb mount or the boot between the carb and the filter? How about the throttle cable?

Nate, do You know the size of the 400EX carb? The 300EX carb is 29mm, I was just wondering how much you gain.

Im pretty sure its a 35.5 and it mounts up perfectyly except thge intake boot the carb from the airbox
