Banshee cool head install

I just got a pro design cool head kit and all the studs installed.. Now I heard that when installing the head you dont need the head gasket only the o-ring are necessary. Is this true cause i got my whole engine rebuilt and this my final step please let me know asap.. thanks

yea all you need is o-rings, you dont use a gasket with a cool head on a banshee.
