i just resently bought a yfz 450 and was wondering all the little mods ppl do to them. and if u could explain how to do the that would be great too.

They have a real bad thing about bogging out in low-end throttle. Mine used to just die when I would floor it in neutral. You can do this mod: Zip Tie Mod (http://www.bluetraxx.com/forums/yamaha-yfz450-450r-2004-present/72484-bog-zip-tie-o-ring-mod-you.html) . It really helps.

full system pipe- carb jetted, air filter+air box lid off

There's the free cam mod (http://yfz450.theatvchannel.com/invision/index.php?showtopic=59800) that changes the timing on the cam to the YZ timing. I've heard it increases the power as well. A lot of people do it.
