gearing

i need to regear my bike the guy i bought it from did tt and some desert racing the gearing now is +2 front -1 rear it hits hard on top and is wicked fast but i do mostly trail riding and some motorcross what should i go with i was thinkiing stock front and rear or -1 front stock rear don't know the motor is a 295 with tt porting running 110 octane.

Its really hard to say..........but, maybe either 13/38 or 14/38. Thats a decent strating point.

i dont mind stock gearing. maybe a 13/41 or something so you have a real low gear to lug around.

i have 13/38 and its perfect for trails and the track, especialy a nice tight supercross style track.

I'm running the 13/38 on trails, it works great. I tried a 13/36
just didn't have the bottom end needed. I also used a 13/41
too touchy on the low end and not enough up top. ;)
