Blaster swingarm

I was going to extend the swingarm on m Blaster 4 1/2" because I am putting a Yz250 motor in the frame I wanted to know do you have to get a longer shock for the extended swingarm.

I don't believe the shock mount moves with a ext swing-arm. BTW, with that ext I hope your gonna only be dragging or duning with it? :huh

I was going to use it for trail riding and track riding why whats wrong with that

Dude, thats way to extended. I would go 1 1/4 extension, I wouldn't go over 2 inch. The one you want to use is better for duning and dragging.

I agree with R8. I had a 2 inch extension on my old Blaster and it did fine.

my friend told me to extend the swingarm around the much because when dropping in the Yz250 motor in the frame extending 2" is not enough that is what he told me.

The Swing Arm is not part of the frame :huh I don't know what he is talking about but you will be fine with about 2 inch.
