no spark??????

well i got my quad all back together and no spark???? i got a new wiring harness,ricky stator stator,new coil,new cdi box,and a new plug im stumped i also have a good ground i dont know were to go next so any imfo would help greatly?????

First, how are you checking the spark?? Reason I'm asking is, if its a stock ignition, its takes a real good kick (about 800 RPM's) to get a spark.

I had a problem getting spark when I did my rebuild. My brother told me I didn't have any.......I said "hold the plug".......and gave it a kick from hell......well he turned it lose real quick!!!

On another note, a friend of mine bought a new ricky stator and it was bad out of the box.

double check and make sure that your kill switch is hooked up properly.

well im checking it by puttin my plug in the end of the coil and kicking it over and im not getting spark,i have a dynatek cdi also the quad ran fine before i redid the topend i never had the problem before and im pretty sure my killswitch is hooked up correctly

Have you tried to put the plug in the cylinder and kick to see if it will fire??? Its hard to see that spark......been there done that.

I think you need to check that stator. I've heard a few stories about those ricky's........
