Very nice shots.

May I ask you to spill your secret lighting set-up?
I can see that you're using off camera strobes, but could you go into some detail with your set-up?
What kind of lights? Soft-boxes or not? How far away? Maybe draw a diagram? How many lights? What focal lengths are you shooting at?

I would very much appreciate it :D I kind of want to experiment with what you're doing but would like an idea of where to start. Or if I even have sufficient equipment to try...

SB-800 flash units, anywhere from 2 to 5 of them...triggered with Pocket Wizards.

Set up is based entirely on where I want light and where I dont (just look at the shadows to see the direction of light, reverse engineer it)

There is no rules or special set ups, just expeirence. There isnt any set lens or focal length, I just finished an entire shoot in teh woods with a 50mm 1.4

Okay, thanks for the follow up!
I'll have to try this sometime and I'll post them up for some critique :D

Your woods pics are what drew my attention. Not that any of your other work is flawed......but for some reason your woods shots just have always left me in awe.

Not unless you know how to use it. The camera doesn't do squat....
