How to Sticky for the Kickstart conversion

I've had alot of people ask me ques. on how to convert to a kickstart, could someone create a sticky for this?? I dont know how to or who could do this?? I've done the conversion and would share the info in detail, so others could do it. I know there are others who have done this that could also share some info.
