Do you film your atv adventures? Do you have a steady cam? I am trying to come up with a way to get good quality footage while we are riding without having to stop somewhere in front and watch people go by. I do not have the money to buy a 10000 steady cam. Has anyone built a steady cam? Does anyone have any other ideas? We have quads and a rhino that I have wanted to attach a video camera to, but I am in need of direction how. I have tried to hold the camera while moving and when you watch it you need to have a supply of dramamine. I have thought about attaching a 25 lb weight to a 25 lb spring and having a mounting plate attached. Any thoughts? Any ideas?

I know a lot of other guys here on the site have these cameras too.
For the money this is a awesome camera. There are lots of different mounts too.

GoPro x2!!! Them cameras are bad *** and really really cheap for the quality. I see them everywhere I go and have seen video first hand right off the track to a laptop. Almost puts you under the helmet yourself sitting there. GoPro all the way!!!

What about the shaking and bouncing up and down? How good is the quality of the video? Do you have any video posted somewhere?

GoPro Cameras are absolutely flawless.......excellent video quality, great sounds if everything is adjusted right. Just a great camera. I'll have some desert racing footage up next week from this weekend.

camera must be mounted to your helmet. You won't have much shaking as your body has the incredible ability to keep your head stable. Think about it when you ride...your eyes aren't bouncing all over the place.

Heres the first time I used my GoPro (last week), these are some trails behind my house. I think the GoPro does an awesome job, especially for the price.
