I have a 2007 400ex with a stage 2 hot cam, open air box, jetted, full exhaust and was wondering if a rev box would be a good upgrade? has anyone installed one of these? Is it worth the investment?:huh

I personally dont like them too much unless it is on a built motor that can rev that high and have power there. the 400 does not make any good power that high without heavy mods so it is really a waste unless you just want to go faster with the higher limiter. if you get one with a different curve or timing advance it is better since it does actually give you better performance. it would be like adding a sparks key or programming a map to fit your machine better. good luck, steve

arent most rev boxes for a 400ex just XR250 Boxes with a sticker?

can you just buy the rev box off of an xr250 and it be the same?

my brother's "White Brothers" CDI box was an xr250 box with "WB" scratched into the side of it...I wonder how much money White Brothers made on these boxes?
