I'm in Portsmouth, Ohio. I'm seriously concendering driving up there now.

But i'm wondering why there is no title. Did you lose it? Is the fourwheeler registered? Will I be able to obtain a title again?

the guy he got it from didnt have the title and couldnt produce one. ryan didnt steal it or anything like that im thinking the guy he bought from was just not to bright but i think you can file fro lost title but not sure what the steps are for it. but he needs it gone and its a super nice bike and at 2800 thats a steal!

Is the headlight wiring still in tact? I know you can't use it with steering stabilizer, but if I want to put the headlight back, is the wiring still there?

Also my buddy said whoever is the last person it's registered to would need to file for the lost title.
