I had some like those and they were White Bros. I think they are made by Pro Armor with White Bros name on them.

Got them for $60 to my door. Good buy?

Id say. Only drawback is they dont have heel guards, and there's no curve on the outside of your peg, so if your foot goes off to either side you dont have that curve to catch it.
