I am new here and i have a question about my 400ex. When i got it the previous owner said it needed a starter clutch but it is fine so i tried to jump it off with my dads f250 and it turns the motor over but not fast and it will fire everynow and then but wolnt stay running and when i turn it over with a ratchet it has crazy compression and it sounds like the starter motor is still engaged it you know the problem please tell me it also is missing the decompression mechinism on the cam
