Looking to buy a cool helmet - sugguestions?

Ok after 7 years its time. I ride w/ red gear(fox) blue gear( moose) & black ( moose w/ the over the boot pants - to keep the mud or snow out. )

I have two helmets but there dated (red one & blue one both MSR & its time - looking for something different.

Don't want the matte finish. the boys both have them & they are to hard to keep clean.

You should look into sixsixone's helmets. They look good and are really comfortable.

I just bought a One Industries Trooper for $195.00. They are normally 285.00.

They have a sale going on for last years helmets. Go to "company store" on their site.

my and my dad love our Scopions. a little heavy though. my buddy loves his Fly as well. heard good things from SixSixOne as well too. ive always wanted a One Industries. any of those brands would be good.

Looking for something to match all my gear. Maybe this one?

My old helmet puts 2 orange spots on my hair cause the coloring inside the helmet is coming off.

Also I think my old helmet seems to roll foward when at the track which makes my googles push down & at times makes it hard to see cause I wear glasses. Sucks hauling *** in a blurr :eek2: but I'm all for the Adreniline rush :devil:

Can't wait to find the perfect helmet .

Get rid of the glasses in favor of the goggle inserts. Best Christmas present I ever got my wife.

I'm kinda in the same boat. I just started looking for a new helmet. I think I may have decided on the HJC SPX. Especially since a guy at a local shop says he can get me one for $89.00. I did try one on at another shop('cause he didn't have any in stock) and it felt pretty good on my head. Fit me better than the Fox V2 I tried on(which is what I thought I wanted). I thought about the One Ind. Kombat but no one local has one I can try on same goes for the sixsixone.

my favorite is the HJC carbon fiber. I've gotten some really good deals on them on ebay. The only thing is they only come in black carbon fiber. I wish they had some colorized graphics on them.

All we run is Bell. they have proven themselves here and have held up better then any other helmets we have tried. They dont offer alot of the fancy colors, but can be found for a good price and they work.
