i just noticed the other day that my radiator was bent in a lil on the right side on the bottom, i dont think i hit it with anything, do you think heat can bend it if not i dont know what happened, maybe i hit it with my body when i bottomed out the front end on a huge jump that shouldnt be on the track, and i went over the bars... i have vids if you would like to see:D

I doubt heat would bend it. If you wrecked, that's how it got bent.

its not going to effect it to bad. they ALL do that. i have 4 450r's and every radiator is bent in on both sides on top and on bottom. i havent really found out how its happening? legs? finder bounce? wrecks? not sure. but here is my newest invention on how to stop it.

Like he said, they all do it. I wouldn't bother trying to straighten it back out. All you are going to do is cause a crack to form. I really don't know what cause it either, but I would guess it has something to do with the frame flexing. Best bet is to buy another, or just live with it. I've never seen any bend to the point of leaking, on any of my bikes anyways. Or if you want to go the more expensive route, a PWR won't bend. Or atleast mine hasn't in 2 years.

hey thanks scro, i dont think i ever touched the radiator, flex in the frame when i bottomed out really hard would probably do it
