well i got sick of all my radiators being bent in and finally cracking. so i came up with a solution. radiator crash bars! yes sur! no more of this! i built these wile my bent radiator is in my bike, but i ordered a brand spankin new one. so the new one wont bend!

sorry for the crappy pics, i'll try to get better ones another day after i finishe it up with PC and some holes

baldwin has little bit better design on his stock radiator mods.... get a 1" piece of aluminum tubing that is as long as the heighth of the radiator.. split tubing in half lengthwise... tig weld halves to outside flat edge of radiator....

and thats why he's the biggest name in quads and i'm nobody. lol. j/p. but ya, thats a good idea. but i'll just stick with mine
