does anyone use a works pertch?

i use a works connection pertch and a streamline cable and my clutch pull is stiff. i have used all kinds of cables and pertches and never can get a smooth pull.. i think im about to buy a hydraulic clutch because my hand is gettin wore out.. anyone have any suggestions i know everyone isnt using stock setup

a cheap way is to buy a hinson basket. it helps alot compared to stock. i have a full clutch in my race bike but in my practice bike i just have a basket and its a big diff over stock.
