Hi every one i fully rebuilt my 450r at the start of this season and i have done 6 races which are like your gncc rounds which are 3 hours long. At round 4 i went to over take just before a bridge over a stream and got blocked out and ended up rolling my bike in the the stream. Ever since then my bike has been struggling to pull off, if i want to pull off i have to have my bike revving really high and clutch it and it wont idle in gear! when i go 2 pull off it is as if it is choking up and try's to stall and some times pulling of at tagging it wont pull of revving it and clutching it it just dies ! any advice would be much appreciated as i would really like to win my class and as it as the moment i cant because it getting annoying and i don't have a clue what it could be

Thank You Luke

Change the oil and then clean the carb make sure the air filter is clean, and make sure you have no leaks on your airbox to carb boot

check your choke mechanism and your hot start cable where it enters the carb. i rode a lap with my choke on once and it made the same symptoms wouldn't idle and would die unless i clutched it and held revs up high.
good luck

Check the timing with a timing light..

maybe its your clutch? Or valves? Mine started to have some of the same symptoms and i think my crank just went out on me.
