help! outlaw rattles maybe caliper?

so i went to pismo beach and when i was driving slow i would hear a wierd noise at fist i thougth the chain had too much slack but i noticed that the caliper hand quiet a bit of play up and down so i thought that might be it. looks like its loose on the part that hooks up to the rear end just wondering if its normal or how can i tighten it up?

Whats up? I see this is an older post but i was wondering if you ever figured out what was wrong and what needed be done to fix it? Thanks
