Just wondering is an 04-05 curtis sparks pipe will fit on an 07 honda 450??

you guys always ask this same question on here... YES, it most certainly will fit. i have an 06 er with an 05 curtis sparks full system.. the header was tight, but fits like a glove.. if you have some mechanical and problem solving skills, you'll figure it out. it was easy..

Are you burning the radiator hose with the head pipe???

used a black zip tye to hold it back a little, can barely notice it.
