spark plug

Has any one had the problem with the spark plug poping out it happend to ours and took all the threads with it ????????

Hmm i don't know vibration was make the plug come lose befor but never had it strip the hole for the plug

maybe the plug came too loose and compression blew it out? i've never had a plug come loose, are you tightening enough and squishing the ring?
