My cousin wanted me to ask this for him.
He has an 08 400ex. When he turns the key switch on, the neutral light does not come on, no lights work, nothing. He can turn on his key, and jump it off the celenoid and it will run fine. The kill switch will turn it off, and so will the key. He bought a new neutral safety switch, and it didn't fix it. He has also tested everything that the book said to do for testing the wiring, and everything came out fine. He is stuck, and doesn't know what the problem is.
