hey i just traded me 440 for a 2004 crf450 and would like to know what synthetic oil is the best for me to use mostly track/trail riding around 90 degrees outside only mod is a fmf power core 4 exhaust

come on i know its not the greatest question but i dont want to put the wrong oil in it i have never had a bike with 2 oil cavities and i dont want to put the wrong oil in the tranny

i had an 02 450. i ran hp4 with moly for the top end and hp4 regular in the clutch. never had any problems and ran great for 5 years till i sold it.
