Hey guys i bought a cfm aluminum oil tank for my bike and put it on i'm wondering since the dip stick where it threads in is facing the other side of the oil pan and not down if i need a special dip stick. Also how much oil does it hold?

I am not exactly sure what you mean? Can you post a picture to clarify your problem?

relax on the bumps man it was 3 hours. lol, call them up and find out i guess. i would say that you should be able to use the stock one and go from there with the dipstick. steve

I acquired this same tank with my new motor.. The whole system holds 3 qts on the money with a filter change.. so i would say drain everything drop 3 qts in and see where your reading is.. Mine came with a billet dipstick so i duno if the stocker works or not..

oh and if you ever have to take your header off with that tank in.. do yourself a favor and unbolt the tank and unhook the lines.. :D
