Unfortunately the time has come to put the R up for sale. Id rather not part it out, but will if needed. My truck recently has started giving me issues and i havent had much time to ride, so im going to sell one of my quads. The R does need a few minor things. It has a bog at about 3/4 throttle. rear brakes need to be installed, one hole for the rad shroud needs to be drilled and tapped. All just minor things which i have absolutely no time to fix. So i thought i would check interest in it now as it sits....

2000 LSR baja style pro peg frame- gloss black, rear tabs have been rewelded
LSR swingarm
Leager +2+1 standard travel a arms
RPM +4 rear axle
Elka triple rate comp adj front shocks (180lb mx rider)
Elka dual rate comp adj rear shock (180lb mx rider)
Fullbore fenders (red)
Ma ul tech carbon fibre scooped hood
Quad tech seat
Douglas beadlocks all around with holeshots

Engine is an 89, bored 30 over, ported for mx by Chuck E racing

Ill post pictures in the next day or so.

As it sits, id like to get $3800 out of it, but i am open to offers as long as they are reasonable. If someone would like pictures, PM your email and ill send them.... i just havent had a chance to resize them yet.

Also, i am located right near the Niagara Falls border, but on the Canadian side...

If there is enough interest, i may part it but id rather sell it complete. If i do part it, someone has dibs on the frame and plastics locally....

Thanks....

Where in the world did you get the Chuch E cylinder from? He ported my first 250R cylinder in the late 80's. I ran it for years. Not sure what happened to Chuck after he left NY. Should be a fast motor.

It was actually on the R when i bought it. I tried to research some info on him, but couldnt come up with anything. So i PM'd Neil on here, he knew of him. If i part it out im going to try to keep the engine. The engine is quick thats forsure....

Chuck E built some motors for Gary Denton in the day. I got a hold of one myself in 1988 and is was smokin fast. It was a 265 kit. It was a great MX motor and was comparable to the Sparks that I now run.
