diff parts on a bombadier engine??????

hey i found out i don't need a new crank just wrist pin bearings and a piston and a cover for the head and new gaskets... does wiesco make a piston i could use??? can i use regular wrist pin bearings? where can i get gaskets for it and can i get a cool head....or do i need all bombadier parts for it????

i don't know about the piston but you can use a different wrist pin bearing as long as it's the same size as the one in there. Look into Dennis Kirk, they have almost everything.

If I were you I would give Ron Woods racing a call. They specalize in the rotax engines. They have several size and compression pistons, w/rings, wristpin, etc... They also have anything else you need for the DS650. My friend has a 2000 DS650 with the stage 3 kit, it rips!! He has an ad in the back of dirtwheels w/ his phone number, its in the back, and says "Make your DS650 pull like a freight train up to 8500 rpm!!!" They don't make coolheads for 4-stroke motors. And yes, wiseco makes pistons for the DS650 as well, but the ron woods stuff is great. Any more questions just ask.
