i just got my rad carrier in the mail....i have never ordered a "twin" or "dual" row carrier before. i was under the assumption that there would be 2 rows of bearings...meaning 4 total or 2 on each side. this only has one bearing on each side. was i cheated? is it something inside the bearing or what?

no, thats how they are. Its one big bearing, compared to 2 small ones. Some carriers use 2 bearings on the sprocket side and one on brake side, its just like a twin row but single sided.
